I actually tried to wear it five days after I was done with this diet and it was still a no go. When I slipped it on today and it was actually loose fitting, I knew it was time to step on the scale.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have lost 17 pounds since I started this diet&amp;#8230; While this should be exciting, I am a little bit worried because everyone is worried for me&amp;#8230; I have people trying to feed me through text message, bbm, phone calls, in person, you name it. Sadly, I have no appetite for food really. Also, I haven&amp;#8217;t actively been trying to lose weight since I got done with this diet, but the pounds are still dropping.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#8217;t own skinny jeans anymore&amp;#8230; None of them really pass for skinny jeans&amp;#8230; I don&amp;#8217;t want to shop though till I am certain I am done losing weight. And the bridal store ordered me a size four dress&amp;#8230; Lol despite the pounds I&amp;#8217;ve lost I do not believe I am down to a size four.. We might have to order extra material! Lol&lt;/p&gt;

DAY ELEVEN</title><description>&lt;p&gt;Sunday! The day of the Lord! Well Sunday is toast day too which means happy camper. Crunching on my toast on my way to church, busting out some Kirk Franklin :) The day&amp;#8217;s menu:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar + 1 slice of toast &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Lunch: 200 ml orange juice + 1 can of natural yogurt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Dinner: 1 hard-boiled egg + 1 rubbed out carrot+ 250&amp;#160;g cow cheese&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Should I even talk about &lt;strong&gt;BREAKFAST&lt;/strong&gt;? Lol it is the same routine everyday. I have exciting news though. I weighed in :) Results are at the bottom of the post. And don&amp;#8217;t you cheat and skip reading about my dinner and lunch.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well as for &lt;strong&gt;LUNCH&lt;/strong&gt;, I really wasn&amp;#8217;t motivated to eat. I have no appetite for food but if you really think about it, what was orange juice and plain yorgurt going to do for me. I know I am bad and rebellious. But hey we all have our days and I plan to eat everything on my dinner menu.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m boiling my &lt;strong&gt;DINNER&lt;/strong&gt; egg right now and will soon eat my entire dinner! I bought some string cheese. Hopefully that will taste better than last week&amp;#8217;s attempt. Yay to two more full days of this diet. Tomorrow will be tough I know.&lt;/p&gt;

DAY TEN</title><description>&lt;p&gt;Aaaarrrggghhh THREE DAYS to go! Hello folks, it is exciting. In my life, Saturday is cleaning day. Like all day. All the same, I managed to eat my meals as planned. Today&amp;#8217;s menu:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar + 1 slice of toast&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs+ 1 slice of ham + 1 lettuce &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Dinner: 1 boiled celery + 1 tomato + 1 fresh fruit (apple, pear, orange) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Today is toast day. You know I love my &lt;strong&gt;BREAKFAST&lt;/strong&gt; with toast. It pains me though that I only eat one slice. Like who does that? *crickets* lol. Oh well it was good good and kept me going till lunch time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For &lt;strong&gt;LUNCH&lt;/strong&gt; I stuck to the menu. As always. Haha I was never a green things eater before this diet and I am positive I won&amp;#8217;t be after. I mean they got you eating greens all day every day. Feel like a little rabbit. Lol I will eat healthy though after this diet. I do not desire a mishap.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DINNER&lt;/strong&gt; was honestly not good. So I do not desire food anymore. Weird right? I forget to get hungry. Is this how these diet things work? Mess with your mind and make you believe you don&amp;#8217;t need food. I only had a fresh fruit for dinner, I feel like I am messing up so bad but oi better less than more.. lol.&lt;/p&gt;

DAY NINE</title><description>&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#8217;s Friday! My Friday routine consists of listening to Rebecca Black&amp;#8217;s Friday atleast three times. Don&amp;#8217;t get me wrong. I hate the song. But just listening to it makes me realize life could be worse&amp;#8230; Anyway today&amp;#8217;s menu:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Lunch: 250&amp;#160;g ham + 1 can of natural yogurt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Dinner: 250&amp;#160;g roast beef + 1 salad with oil and lemon juice &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I had my usual coffee for &lt;strong&gt;BREAKFAST&lt;/strong&gt; and went to work only to find out there was a pancake social. I don&amp;#8217;t even like pancakes&amp;#8230; but they sounded tempting. Nevertheless, I programmed my mind to get excited for the natural yogurt I would be having for lunch. (insert bbm sick smiley face)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Oh well, I could barely finish my &lt;strong&gt;LUNCH&lt;/strong&gt; because 250g of ham is A LOT to put in your stomach. At that with a can of natural yogurt. I managed to slowly work through it though so yay me.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DINNER&lt;/strong&gt; was roast beef again. I&amp;#8217;m sick of the taste. I was under a tornado watch tonight so I got preoccupied with that, wasn&amp;#8217;t feeling hungry and kinda forgot to eat dinner. I am sure we all agree it worked out for the best. Less calorie consumption + no annoying roast beef taste in my mouth = for the win!&lt;/p&gt;

It was all a mess but oh well, I still had something to eat. Yeah the tomato and spinach were aight&amp;#8230;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Today was not as hard as I expected. Well, it kinda was. Through out this diet, I haven&amp;#8217;t been tempted as I was. Twice, random people offered me donuts at work. Lol on the day I couldn&amp;#8217;t even eat lunch. Oh well, here is the menu:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Breakfast: 1 cup of unsweetened tea &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Lunch: nothing (drink lot of water, it helps!) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Dinner: 200&amp;#160;g lamb steak + 1 apple &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For BREAKFAST I had a cup of unsweetened tea. It was alright. Lol I was focussed on mentally preparing myself for the nothing lunch of mine.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Today was really tough. I got hungry at 1130am and stayed in that same state till about 7pm when I could barely get through the long awaited chicken. I will start off with the day&amp;#8217;s menu:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar + 1 slice of toast&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs + 1 big rubbed out carrot&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Dinner: 1/2 chicken + 1 lettuce with oil and lemon juice&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#8217;s funny, I think I am starting to take toast for granted. Lol I had my &lt;strong&gt;BREAKFAST&lt;/strong&gt; while driving to work. Usual coffee and toast. All the food is starting to taste the same. Has me craving my favorite spicy calamari from Bucca di Beppo.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I got very hungry at 1130am. I literally raced home at 12&amp;#160;o&amp;#8217;clock so I could put something in my tummy. While making my &lt;strong&gt;LUNCH&lt;/strong&gt;, I discovered something so shocking. The egg crates come with instructions on how to hard cook an egg. I was confused. Who needs instructions on how to boil an egg?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Told you I wasn&amp;#8217;t playing. Anyhow, I ate my lunch and I was still hungry. (rolls eyes)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;And then came the long awaited &lt;strong&gt;DINNER &lt;/strong&gt;y&amp;#8217;all know I done been waiting for this chicken since the beginning. I mentioned earlier, my lunch didn&amp;#8217;t fill me at all. I was hungry all afternoon and came home to make my chicken. My 13 day diet advisor gave me some good advice on how to make the chicken. I grilled it. I couldn&amp;#8217;t find half a chicken so I used chicken breasts. She also mentioned that the reason why they let you have chicken is so as to let your body know, &amp;#8216;Hey buddy. I am not starving you. Don&amp;#8217;t you start storing those fat cells.&amp;#8217; lol Believe it or not, eating this chicken was a struggle. My stomach has already shrunk. It took me over an hour to eat my dinner *sigh* and yeah about that lettuce.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ah, I have made it to day five. I think I need to make a little confession before I go ahead. I am so proud of myself! Lol. Two years ago, I tried this diet and gave up on day one. To sit here today blogging about day 5 kinda warms my heart. Hehe anyway as always, I will start with my day&amp;#8217;s menu:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Breakfast: 1 big rubbed out carrot &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Lunch: 200&amp;#160;g steamed cod with lemon juice + 1 spoon with butter &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Dinner: 200&amp;#160;g roast beef + 1 rubbed out celery&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I had my &lt;strong&gt;BREAKFAST &lt;/strong&gt;while driving to work. Carrots are easy, crunchy and kinda yummy. I think I blundered though. Well kinda because the diet definitely said BIG lol my carrot don&amp;#8217;t look big at all.&lt;/p&gt;

I got tilapia instead and hmmm no regrets :) It was yummy yummy yummy lol I might start eating fish again. It was also a change from the usual roast beef. Guess who&amp;#8217;s eating Chicken for dinner tomorrow? Haha you guessed right. Lol that&amp;#8217;s my motivation.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This post is appearing a little late because I ended up having commitments yesterday evening and kinda pushed blogging aside. And for today&amp;#8217;s menu we have:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar + 1 slice of toast&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Lunch: 200 ml orange juice + 1 can of natural yogurt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Dinner: 1 hard-boiled egg + 1 rubbed out carrot + 250&amp;#160;g cow cheese&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I forgot to take a picture of my&lt;strong&gt; BREAKFAST &lt;/strong&gt;because I had it while I was getting ready for church. I def ate my toast first lol the things you don&amp;#8217;t usually appreciate and sipped on my coffee as I drove to church. I decided to step on the scale while I was getting ready! I&amp;#8217;ve lost 8 lbs! I was actually shocked to see such a huge number on the morning of day 4 but I&amp;#8217;m excited as well.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My &lt;strong&gt;LUNCH &lt;/strong&gt;was a joke. I&amp;#8217;m not a fan of orange juice and I have already communicated how I feel about plain natural yogurt. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my orange juice and forced the yogurt down. I&amp;#8217;ve noticed that I am starting to pace myself as I eat. Maybe because I know I can only eat so much? Idk but I am not complaining.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I barely ate my &lt;strong&gt;DINNER&lt;/strong&gt;. Well the biggest part of it was cow cheese. Maybe I picked the wrong kind of cheese but I just couldn&amp;#8217;t do it. Plus looking at the fat content and calorie intake, I was like &lt;em&gt;no bueno&lt;/em&gt;! So I ended up eating my carrot and egg. Surprisingly I didn&amp;#8217;t get hungry later on.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Today is day three. It&amp;#8217;s a little easier than I expected being a weekend. I figured having to work on weekdays kinda takes away from idle time I&amp;#8217;d be using to think about food. Well I can&amp;#8217;t believe it&amp;#8217;s 6pm already. It went by so fast. Well the menu looks like:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar + 1 slice of toast&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs + 1 slice of ham + 1 lettuce &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Dinner: boiled celery + 1 tomato+ 1 fresh fruit (apple, pear, orange) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well I didn&amp;#8217;t have &lt;strong&gt;BREAKFAST&lt;/strong&gt; till 12pm because I slept in. Hopefully that is not a problem. I was uber excited for the toast. Eating it reminded me of my childhood days, nibbling on a candy bar to make it last. Haha I think it&amp;#8217;s funny how you can see the steam from my coffee. lol&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LUNCH&lt;/strong&gt; was just alright. I think this lettuce is starting to grow old. I was just eating it just because I had to. Yesterday&amp;#8217;s excitement wasn&amp;#8217;t there. And yet I&amp;#8217;ve found that the more excitement I have for the food, the more satisfying it is. Lol Oh well here it is.&lt;/p&gt;

I was talking to Tre today and I&amp;#8217;m like, I can&amp;#8217;t wait for Tuesday&amp;#8217;s dinner. Lol it is CHICKEN!!! Haha wish I could season it and all that good stuff but hey chicken is chicken right? Talk soon&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Okay I&amp;#8217;m seriously struggling with this celery.. Haven&amp;#8217;t even touched the tomatoes.. Yeah i&amp;#8217;m pitching most of my dinner&amp;#8230; Loved the apple though. After this it&amp;#8217;s brush teeth &amp;amp; sleep. Lol&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For &lt;strong&gt;BREAKFAST&lt;/strong&gt; it was business as usual, didn&amp;#8217;t have any tummy pains after drinking my coffee. I really enjoy drinking this coffee for some reason. Someone put Panera bagels in the break room at work this morning. I was tempted, but I turned my face away. lol&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I knew my &lt;strong&gt;LUNCH&lt;/strong&gt; consisted of ham but I wasn&amp;#8217;t sure what else I was getting to eat. Well before I got to my lunch I was talking about going to the movies this weekend. Suddenly I started craving popcorn so bad! I wanted kernel corn there and then but alas, I had to stick by the rules and eat my ham and plain yogurt. Which by the way, is there any body out there who decides to eat plain yogurt just for ha-has? It&amp;#8217;s really nasty if you ask me. &lt;em&gt;Time and again I am reminded of my British roots. I spelled &amp;#8216;yogurt&amp;#8217; as &amp;#8216;yoghurt&amp;#8217; and the squiggly line appeared. I was positive my spelling was right but I guess Americans spell it differently.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

It is true, the second day of a diet is the toughest one and I plan to overcome it. I have a weigh in scheduled for later tonight so I will update you on the results *plays suspense music* Hope I&amp;#8217;m strong enough to work out! :p Dinner was alright. Getting used to chomping on these leaves (lettuce) like a rabbit. Still struggling with this lemon juice though. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BREAKFAST&lt;/strong&gt; wasn&amp;#8217;t anything special. Like I guessed the coffee did make my tummy hurt a wee bit but I drunk a lot of water and that seemed to help. The down side to this though was the frequent trips I made to the bathroom all day thanks to the increased water consumption.&lt;/p&gt;

I ended up eating 200g of spinach though because I accidentally lost some :) Tomatoes are totally disgusting but I forced those down.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tomorrow I start a rigorous diet! I am kind of nervous given that it is a totally carb free diet. For two weeks! I plan on keeping a journal to encourage myself and make sure I don&amp;#8217;t cheat! I&amp;#8217;m least excited about drinking coffee most mornings (eek that stuff makes my tummy hurt!) I&amp;#8217;m really excited about watching the pounds drop. Lol given they do! For the most part I have been religious about working out since I moved out here and I hope I can keep working out during these two weeks. But with my low calorie intake, I might have to cut down my workout hour into half. Who knows?&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
