Whoa! I woke up really HUNGRY this morning. Again, I used the strong tool I possess (my mind) to hype myself for the coffee I’d be having for breakfast.
Today’s menu:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar
Lunch: 250 g ham + 1 can of natural yogurt
Dinner: 200 g roast beef + 1 lettuce with oil and lemon juice
For BREAKFAST it was business as usual, didn’t have any tummy pains after drinking my coffee. I really enjoy drinking this coffee for some reason. Someone put Panera bagels in the break room at work this morning. I was tempted, but I turned my face away. lol

I knew my LUNCH consisted of ham but I wasn’t sure what else I was getting to eat. Well before I got to my lunch I was talking about going to the movies this weekend. Suddenly I started craving popcorn so bad! I wanted kernel corn there and then but alas, I had to stick by the rules and eat my ham and plain yogurt. Which by the way, is there any body out there who decides to eat plain yogurt just for ha-has? It’s really nasty if you ask me. Time and again I am reminded of my British roots. I spelled ‘yogurt’ as ‘yoghurt’ and the squiggly line appeared. I was positive my spelling was right but I guess Americans spell it differently.

I want to keep my meal times the same everyday. It’s 6pm and I am hungry! I want my DINNER. Lol which for your information is the same as yesterday’s and I will prepare it the same way as last night. Too tired to work out today. It is true, the second day of a diet is the toughest one and I plan to overcome it. I have a weigh in scheduled for later tonight so I will update you on the results *plays suspense music* Hope I’m strong enough to work out! :p Dinner was alright. Getting used to chomping on these leaves (lettuce) like a rabbit. Still struggling with this lemon juice though.

No, I didn’t work out. No, I didn’t ch-eat (get it?) on my diet. Yes I weighed in. I’m at 16% of my target in two days! Yay 3.5lbs lost, 18.5lbs to go. I need to work harder though.

I’m excited to eat a slice of toast for breakfast tomorrow :)
